Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping
• The item is materially different from what was ordered
• There is a manufacturing defect in the product
• We made an error in production that does not match your approved specifications
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy:
• Orders may only be canceled before production begins
• Once an item enters production, cancellations are not possible
• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order
• Production typically begins within 24-48 hours of order placement
• Rush orders enter production immediately and cannot be canceled

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized or customized items (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Items on which production has been completed
• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution as outlined above.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
